Audi MSDs in New York

Hi there,

I understand New York does not allow MSDs. I’ve read that folks have had success going to BMW dealers in NJ or CT to get MSDs, even though the car would be registered in NY. Has anyone had success with Audi and Audi Financial Services? I’d like to get a car at an Audi dealer in NJ or CT, with MSDs, but register it in New York. I’m curious if anyone has done it before I start down this road. Thanks in advance for the help!

From what I’ve read elsewhere, only Infiniti will deny it to NYS residents if done out of state. Other manufacturers could care less.

I’ve seen a few Lexus dealers deny it as well
