šŸ‘  Ashleigh's Oct. BMWs: X5 not on stop sale; X7 - 9.5% off; electric - up to 13% off; X3 30i - 9% off!

NJ - last chance for a dirt-cheap i4. Everyone - last chance for a cheap i4!

You can combine corporate and EV conquest. The total rebates are $7,500 if you donā€™t have loyalty, corporate, or EV conquest. If you just have one of them, they are $8,500. You cannot combine loyalty and EV conquest.

This is $422 + tax per month with $2,350 + registration and tax on incentives if you have conquest and corporate:

Itā€™s $481 + tax with $2,400 + registration and tax on incentives at signing if you just have one rebate:

October program information - so far:
CONQUEST CASH IS BACK! I havenā€™t checked every model yet, but here are the basics until the full program is out. 39-month leases are also back.

i4s - everything looks the same, but the MF dropped from 0.00169 to 0.0015 on the 2025 eDr40 (probably because of the cancellation of the eDr35).

2024 X3s - programs are the same, but there is no loyalty discount, so the MF is 0.0018 for everyone. There is $500 in conquest cash if you donā€™t have loyalty or corporate.

2025 X3s - programs are still crappy, because nothing can be sold yet.

X5 xDr40i - loyalty increased to $1,000. There is $1,000 conquest cash, and it is combinable with corporate, so you will have $2,000 in incentives vs. $1,000 for loyalty (crazy). The MF is 0.0018 for everyone (no loyalty deduction), and the APR is 1.99%.

X5 xDr50e - picks up lease cash for the first time ever, as far as I can remember. MF is down to 0.0018, and thereā€™s $2000 lease cash + $1,000 loyalty. There is $1,000 in conquest cash, not combinable combinable with corporate, so you could effectively have $3,000 on a lease. The APR has dropped from 5.29% to 1.99% (! - in certain states), and loyalty is also $1,000. Conquest is not combinable with corporate.

X7s - both trims stayed the same for leases (0.0018), but loyalty is now $1,000. There is also $1,000 for conquest. The purchase APR drops to 1.99% in certain states.

iX xDr50 - everything is the same.

More info. to come when full programs are out.

1.99% on the X7?

Yup, plus $1,500 finance cash, $1,000 loyalty or corporate, and $1,000 conquest.

So you can have:
$1,000 loyalty
$1,500 finance

OR

$1,500 finance
$1,000 corporate
$1,000 conquest

I fully expect to sell a lot of X7s this month.

How do the XM incentives look for Oct? same as Sept?

Everything is the same for the XM.

How much of the 3000 available on cash purchase vs. finance?

Is there corporate on the iX this month?

There is nothing for a cash purchase.

@Pat_A - nothing.

To everyone else: Iā€™m happy to answer questions for customers who are filling out my form, but I canā€™t give out program details for every car. Thanks for understanding!

Based on this, what will the X7 lease for? I may need to buy a car by year end, is there a benefit In buying one and financing it?

It really depends on your build, your location, etc.

Can you please fill out my form to go over your options?

Let the X5 50e deals begin! This car is eligible for a 39-month lease!

Pricing requires corporate AND conquest. Contact me for pricing without rebates, but the easiest adjustment is to subtract $1,000 from rebates if youā€™re just using loyalty.

$980 + tax per month with $2,900 + registration at signing.

I have plenty of these in stock (and not on stop sale), plus build allocations, so you can get whatever you want.

BMW updated the programs and probably realized their mistake. Conquest and corporate are not combinable.

Is conquest any model car? Is there any way to get corporate like years ago like joining something?

It seems like there are no restrictions on conquest. I havenā€™t seen any documentation that says itā€™s only certain makes of cars.

For corporate, you need to work for a listed employer or have a Foundersā€™ Card membership.

I have a pretty cheap/base-ish i5 eDr40 for someone who wants to get his or her foot in the door with one of these.

$547 + tax per month with $2,450 + registration and tax on incentives at signing.
Subtract $500 from incentives if you have EV conquest and not loyalty or corporate.
Subtract $1,500 from incentives if you donā€™t have any of those.

This is one of my last remaining 2024 330ixs, and itā€™s 10% off with base MF.

39/10 lease
There is no conquest on a 3 series, so you need loyalty or corporate for this pricing. Subtract $1,000 from incentives if you donā€™t have either one.

$498 + tax per month with $2,400 + registration at signing.
