The new program for loyalty only on a 39-month lease drops this to $744 + tax with $2,500 + registration at signing. It’s a no-brainer.
MSDs bring it down to $703 per month.

It’s available now. There are no incentives, but it is eligible for the special loyalty lease. They are not being discounted right now; allocations were very few.

The 8 series picked up $3,000 of incentives this month, so this is a crazy deal on an M8 at 10% off:
MSRP $149,xxx:
36/10:
$1,799 + tax with $3,225 + registration at signing.
Subtract $1,500 from incentives if you don’t have loyalty or corporate.
MSDs drop it to $1,711.
I priced it for someone with NYC tax and it was $2,110 with $0 at signing.

There are zero incentives on the 2024 thus far, so with $2,500 for lease and loyalty and a $6,300 discount on a $70,000 car, you’re paying $8,800 more, plus tax and interest. Round it up to $9,000, and it’s $270 per month on a 36-month lease. It will be a little less with the 39-month loyalty lease, but you get the idea.
