The calculator has a rent charge. Is that correct?
Oops, sorry for the misunderstanding. Other brokers I’ve worked with will list states that they are working with, but will still take out of state customers for their deals. It may be helpful to add “only” or “not servicing outside of these states” on your top post or google sheets to steer off bozos like me. 
Believe it or not, that doesn’t stop people from reaching out, either. With the number of completely pointless / tirekicking inquiries the last few months, sort of near the end of my rope…

We’re all in the rat race together my guy. For every 100 tire kickers there’s probably someone that’s incredibly appreciative of what you do. Cars are dreams!!! In some cases… 20 year old dreams.

10k/24 - 599 plus taxes fees and MSD on a $76k+ truck. I have gray, black or white ready to roll. All good color combinations.
Note, MSD save you $106/month on this deal. It may not make sense for NYS residents. Calc includes $1k infiniti loyalty.

1/10 - Infiniti updated for January. Lease loyalty (i.e. infiniti lease being grounded) is now $2000 on ALL cars for 2023s, remains $1000 for 2022. Owner loyalty is $1000.
- With lease loyalty, 2023 qx60s are pretty good options for 3 rows in this market. We’re under invoice on all.
- 2023 QX50s are under $500 w lease loyalty, making them probably the cheapest crossover among peers.
- We have 2 2022 QX80 luxes remaining at well over $10k off. Easily the cheapest full size SUV option in the segment. Our remaining cars are solid colors - white and black. Premium selects are also good - ours are good colors, as well.
- No real deals on q50s, q60s or qx55s. They’ll be discounted nicely, but the programs don’t support it.
