Got in touch with Mike midday Friday to inquire about an EV6 GT Line in NJ and just a few texts later the deal was done and confirmed. Picked up my car today due to my work schedule and even on a Saturday at Noon on “Special Sales” day at the dealer I was in and out in 15 minutes. Such a smooth and painless process!
I worked with Mike earlier this month to get a Polestar 3. I’ve never seen the value of leasing before - count me as a convert and a definite lifetime customer. The package was fantastic, literally saving me thousands of dollars.
Mike is a straight shooter - he won’t sugar coat and will be up front about your expectations and if they’re reasonable. His inventory is somewhat limited but I assume this is the cost of his unbeatable deals - anymore inventory and someone would probably try and assassinate him.
Approach him ready to buy and he’ll reciprocate with outstanding responsiveness and no BS. (Also if you have to arrange transport - do it early so you’re not waiting around like a dummy )

I worked with Mike to get a polestar 3 last week.
The deal itself was very satisfactory and I had positive interactions with him up until pickup, which was scheduled for 3 days after we signed the contracts online. I live/work 90 minutes from the dealership so I asked if I could arrange for the car to be shipped to me but he said that wasn’t possible.
So following a long Uber ride, I was a bit annoyed to then have to wait two hours at the dealership for the car to be ready. The delay was because the vehicle needed to have its software updated. Mike himself left the dealership 10 minutes after I arrived, essentially shrugging his shoulders while blaming the staff there for “not doing their jobs”. I spent the next 2 hours in the mostly empty and seemingly well run dealership, during which time 3 other non-broker customers came to pick up new vehicles that were washed and waiting for them.
About 90 minutes in, I sent Mike a text to express my frustration, to which he replied defensively, again blaming staff at the dealership for the delay. I can imagine there might be some tensions between a broker and dealership staff. However, having spent the afternoon getting to know some of those staff, they all seemed very pleasant. Indeed a number of them apologized to me for the delay on Mike’s behalf - something that Mike never did himself.
Eventually the car came out - unwashed but still a pleasure to drive home. I appreciated the opportunity to get a deal on the car but there is clearly a customer service downside to using a broker, and I would hesitate to use again.

Unfortunately, given the frantic situation many dealers found themselves in due to impending economic uncertainty and subsequent increased demand, month-end deals for March, similar to yours, overflowed into April. My dealer did the best they could to prep your car, and others, into a very busy delivery schedule.
That said, I obviously apologize for your wait. It was out of my control. I actually arrived over an hour before you to ensure that the car actually went in for software - it hadn’t yet - and I ran around pestering service techs to bring it in prior to your arrival. I had to leave while you waited because i had 3 deliveries to do in another location, and cannot be in 2 places at the same time. While I am the highest volume volvo and polestar broker in the country, i am not omnipotent. Enjoy your ps3. You got a hell of a deal - that car is about $3k more expensive today.
Kudos to Mike for getting my deal done. Admittedly I did find him a bit gruff at times, he got me the deal I wanted and the car I wanted. I was in that end landslide before the tariff B/S and he worked to get me the car ASAP. Love my Ioniq 6, dream come true driving an EV.
I picked up a Polestar 3 (Pilot) last week. I had been considering an Ioniq 5 or EV6, but after test driving the Ioniq 5, I was kind of underwhelmed. I started looking at options maybe a tier up and came across the Polestar, but it was a bit more than I wanted to spend. After some research and finding Leasehackr, I came across Aronchi and the price seemed really good. After some questions to Mike, in which he applied quickly, if a bit tersely, I felt comfortable moving forward. I signed some digital papers online, Mike’s dad met with me at the Polestar/Volvo dealership and he was super nice and had everything prepped and ready. The car was washed, did a quick inspection, signed some more papers and I was out in like under 20 min! It was the most pleasant experience leasing a car I’ve been through. The dealership seemed friendly, but other than the receptionist I didn’t need to speak to anyone there and got in and out so quickly. I’d recommend it and would highly consider Aronchi again when this lease is up!
I leased an Acura through Mike. Not only was this the best deal I’ve ever received on a car—the experience was flawless. I was in and out of the dealer in 25 minutes. Mike is a clear communicator and very responsive. Mike is highly recommended—I plan to use his service again!
