In February there was a separate $1,000 GM incentive on retired LYRIQ service loaners.
That and Costco disappeared from the incentive stack for March, although there’s now a $500 private offer on Cadillac EVs.
I think some regions also have additional incentives (can’t recall the name, something like down payment assistance of $1k and $250) in March programs.
