I am looking for a CX5 (Touring / Preferred) in San Jose area and I can’t even get dealers to provide online quotes… I just closed one for my parents in FL but can’t even get a starting point here.

I’m sure, but the GT has 2% worse residual than the GS.
Fremont Mazda is one of the highest volume Mazda dealers in the country. I would reach out to their online sales team. We got a 2016.5 GT for $289 per month (tax included) through them last year. They even comped the miles for us to drive home. Such an easy experience it’s worth looking into as it’s only a 45 min to 1 hour drive for you.
