Anyone file a claim through Metromile?

My 6 months cycle on Geico is coming to a close next month.

2016 GLE350 currently paying $844 for 6 months, Metromile gave me a quote that equals about $350 for 6 months, almost seems too good to be true. I’m worried that in a situation I need to file a claim, they’ll have me use scotch tape to fix the car.

Okay, that quote didn’t have collision, kind of important (and I believe required?) for a leased vehicle. Adding that in bumps my quote to $664 for 6 months.

Not sure if the $30 per month makes sense to use an unknown like this.
