I am located in VA and looking to get any SUV for under $400 with around $2-3k on signing. Does this look feasible in today’s market?
I know earlier end of the month was the best time to shop for car. Don’t know if that’s the case still so.
Santa Fe SEL seem to be leasing well. Maybe look at those?
No, probably not. Especially not with VA property tax as part of the lease.
Maybe a base Hyundai Venue, not sure.

Property tax is not part of the lease per se. The sales tax on the full selling price is. But you are probably right in general.

If you can find one. At least in my neck of the woods those got real scarce after they were giving them away to clear 2021 stock.
Like I said, 2022 Santa Fe SEL seem to be leasing well if you can get a shop to be straight with the pricing.
