Any Lease Specials for Large SUV's in California

I’m getting ready to trade in my current lease and I’m looking to get into a mid-full size SUV. It’s president day weekend, I wanted to see if anyone knows of any good lease specials.

I’m not picky on the manufacturer or price just looking for a smoking deal.

I shopped the deals I found on this site and no one is willing to match it at this time. I was hoping someone had something new.
