Been leasing an E class but I am not too happy with the new 2017 E class (4 banger!)

Looking for a BMW to replace it. Any deals on a 535?

My current lease is on a 2014 E350 4matic 10k yr $328 per month with $1000 down for 27 months. Love the relationship with my dealer but don’t like my options for replacing.

That’s an epic deal for the 2014 E350. I believe those deals are gone simply because of the refresh that happened and the dealers were blowing them out that year.

I just leased a 535i xDrive fully loaded with msport, driver assistance plus, luxury seating, etc. MSRP 72160, selling price 58900 - 1000 loyalty rebate. .00167 MF (marked up for dealer profit–I was informed), 7MSDs, no money down 24/10k lease for $395 a month. Car was dealer demo with 8k miles. I thought it was a decent deal–they wouldn’t budge anymore lower on MF or price. Any thoughts?

MSRP $72160
Selling Price $58900
Cap cost reduction $1000 (loyalty rebate)
Acquisition fee: $925 (paid upfront)
Tax+tags+doc fee+NY tax+ 1st payment paid upfront: $2225
MF:.00167 - .00049 = .00118
7 MSDs: $2800
Lease residual 73% minus $.25 per mile on the car = $50800 ($1875 deducted for miles on the car)

Great deal but I can’t believe they can make a 535i a 72k MSRP car. What has it come to with BMW inflating their sales prices so much?

Mine was 70k and i dont even have rear window shades or paddle shifters.

sorry, I’m new to this.
I was punching the numbers and am getting 378.
See my breakdown, if you can tell where I am off. If I lower the residual by 1875, than the percentage becomes 70.4% and the rate jumps to 461.
I used my sales tax of 8.63

MSRP: 72160
Sales Price: 58900
Taxed Incentives: 1000
Acquisition Fee: 925, paid upfront
Miles: 10000
Residual: 73%.
MF: 0.00118
