The service rep even emailed me transfer paperwork. Maybe she was mistaken? Guess I’ll have to call back again.
Maybe just send it and see what happens hahah if it works send me a copy 
Any update on this. Has it been confirmed transfers are back on? Looking at a lease that would be through Ally so would be a nice to have.

Still no luck with Ally reinstating transfers. Its very frustrating to deal with them! Such terrible customer service.
I ended up selling it to Vroom indeed…loss a bit vs a lease transfer but it was the only way out
