I am planning on buying out my Toyota Tacoma Ally lease in the next few days. Already did my 3 month lease extension. Got my payoff amount and I still have some equity in it if I go the route of selling it once my Wrangler 4xe comes in (still may end up keeping it to have a truck.) Do I need title in hand to sell to Vroom, Carvana etc? Read some stories about how long Ally can take to get you a title. Any advantages financing with one company over another beyond interest rate?
A title in your name, not a released title which has both names.

If you are flipping does Interest really come into play? I mean 4% on 40k for 30 days is $133 vs 2.9% which is $96? So that $37 is going to make you lose sleep?
Makes sense. Definitely not losing sleep over $37. All things equal is there any advantage speed-wise with going with an Ally loan vs LS or a CU?
Ally loan? Done in the dealership I THINK.

I’m in the same ally/Tacoma lease. Mine ending in March. I called ally and the rep told me I’d have to goto a dealer to finalize the payout. Is this accurate?
Ally leases need Dealership help to buyout.
