Texas, It’s Your Turn – BMW Lender Tax Credits Have Arrived
We’re pleased to announce that we’re now able to offer lender tax credits on several core BMW models through our preferred Texas-based dealer partners.
This is something we’ve been working toward for a while, and it’s a big step forward — it means our clients in Texas can finally take advantage of the same aggressive pricing we’ve been sharing in other regions, and in some cases, even better due to lessor tax liabilities.
For anyone not familiar, lender tax credits are programs offered directly by the lender (in this case, BMW Financial Services) that help offset the hefty sales tax that usually comes with leasing in Texas. Instead of paying sales tax on the full selling price of the car, these credits reduce or eliminate that amount, sometimes bringing total tax liability down to around 1%.
We’re finalizing pricing now and expect to have updated Texas specials live later today — or by the time most of our Texas family wakes up.

Quick BMW DAPP Heads Up
Just a friendly note if you’ve been considering a BMW with the Driving Assistance Professional Package (DAPP).
BMW is still taking orders, but as of 10/5 they’re not building any X3, X5, iX, 5 Series, or 7 Series with DAPP due to supply-chain issues. So whatever’s on the ground right now is all that’s available until production resumes.
Our Texas dealer partners shared that they don’t plan on lowering discounts, but these cars won’t be replenished and they will not dealer-trade for DAPP units. Once the current inventory is gone, that’s it for the moment.
If DAPP is on your must-have list, this is just a friendly heads-up that now’s a good time to secure one while selection is still decent.
