Hey guys,

How does this deal look at face value?

Response after I asked for MSRP, discounts, sale price, and MF:

Here you go:

MSRP $49,590

Discount $11,573

Selling price $38,017

Residual: 10K miles 49% 12K miles 47%

Money factor 0.00096

What else do I need to be looking at? Thanks guys.

No thoughts from anyone?

seems like solid deal. Maybe not rock bottom but close. Especially including delivery

Thanks. Any idea where there might be room for negotiation? And any tips on how to try and beat them down a little farther?

Also, how can I estimate what the taxes will add to the monthly payment?

Residual seems too low for 10k. MF looks great. Money upfront too high

Just took delivery 19 ti sport
Msrp 53200
Selling 39300
27m/12k
Residual 56%
MF.00085
$760 due @signing
426 plus tax

But not bad

looks pretty bad IMO

Isn’t the residual set by the manufacturer?

And would you care to elaborate on why it looks bad? Lol

Curious, does everyone include their rebates/incentives as part of their ‘discount’?

Why not post the actual discount off MSRP before the breakdown of what incentives and rebates you qualified for? Not everyone will qualify for the same incentives/rebates so it’ll be a clearer picture of the structure of the deal. Some people think others are getting 14k off MSRP when it’s actually 8K off and 6K in incentives/rebates.

Looks like a pretty similar deal to my December 30th delivery. 418 with tax, 27 months 10k miles only first month DAS for the same MSRP.

That MF seems sort of inflated, did you ask on the Edmund’s Alfa thread? Definitely get that initial cash up front down.

just curious, does it make any difference?

Yes. Knowing what is coming from where allows you to properly compare against other deals.

And you generally have to pay tax on incentives and not on dealer discount.

How does this lease deal look for a new 2019 Ti Lusso?

MSRP: 49,940
Selling Price: 39,790
Residual Value: 45% (22,473)
MF: .00003
Rebate: 3500
$2000 down / $369 a month
10k / 39 months

Yes, as mllcb42 stated.

Also not everyone will qualify for the same rebates/incentives. As some people are getting 5,000+ on incentives where other’s are only getting 2,500.

Breaking it up provides a much clearer picture of the deal and actual discount vs. rebates/incentives.
