AirBnB for Garage?

Hi all,
With all the break ins we have been having in my city. I have been kind of worried about what to do in a situation if someone breaks into my car especially when it is raining (I live in an apartment complex with no garage). The OCD in me just wants to plan ahead for this type of an occurence. In that chance, is there an AirBNB type of an app that allows you to rent people’s garage spaces out?

All the more reason to get a dashcam facing forward and inside of the car, and don’t leave any valuables in there. I learned that the hard way. We had important and expensive items stolen on two different occasions before we got a private garage.
