You were probably dealing with a floor sales person. This is why I always deal with a sales manager. You need to deal with a decision-maker. Many floor sales people are clueless.
I was reading your original post on your Tiguan. If I read correctly, you got an SE with Remote Start? I didn’t think that was a feature. is that a certain package? or add on?

Yeah I’ve got remote start, it’s a port installed option. And only one of the remotes will start it
