Hello all! Am negotiating my first lease and am struggling to make sense of the Chicago tax implications. Have agreed 12% off before incentives and buy rate MF. Can’t replicate the dealer quote in the LH calculator though. And even when I get close, the “use tax” seems to add another $55/month. Can I avoid those by doing a balloon / owners choice? What else would you suggest?
