Hey everyone sorry for the late reply. Their insurance company is saying the right things. Basically, try to get Tesla to fix it as it is under warranty, they will send out a third-party inspection team to verify that the issue is resolved. If it cant be fixed they will start the process of either sending to another third party for cleaning or… perhaps totaling it. Tesla comes next week. I will keep you all up to date.
