Advice Needed: 2016 BMW 328i xDrive Series GT Lease Loaner

Location: Seattle, WA
Loaner: With 5580 miles
MSRP: $55,900
Purchase Option: $34000
10k lease
Drive Away: $2500
$564/mth

Car is fully loaded but this is a bad deal and high right? Money factor is .00174

Everyone is posting great deals on 528xi with nothing down and ~$400/mth. I am not seeing any deals near that here in the Seattle area.

What is the sale price? From these numbers, it looks like you are getting about $1-2k off MSRP for a 2016 car with 5,579 miles already – doesn’t sound right.

Sales prices is about $8k off the MSRP.

Sales price is $48k

I would not do anything above this:
449 per month (including tax) for 36/10 lease
Acquisition fees rolled into lease
Drive offs: 7x msd, first month, licensing/doc (400)

Is this Bellevue? I would run away… just from the max money factor markup, it seems they are lubing up…

Try David Padgalskas at BMW Portland to see if he has similar inventory…

I will keep looking, thanks. My sense was it was not a good deal even though to buy, it is like $700-900/mth so comparably this looked like a deal…incorrectly.

Seattle BMW seems just as high though, I don’t see any deals in the $400 per month range. Can you really get a BMW at that level?

For new car: Are you coming in with any incentives like corporate fleet (through employer)?

no, was really wanting a 528xi and saw ad for it. But been combing the local inventory, and none are coming close to that number.

Start by negotiating their money factor down to the buy rate of .00134. If you can do that, squeeze another $1000 out of the sale price, and do max MSDs with zero cap reduction, you should be able to get under $500/mo.

It’s not just a bad deal. It is criminal.
