Any thoughts on this deal?
It is a TLX A-Spec in blue with red interior.
I currently have a BMW with 3 payments remaining which they are offering to pay up for me.
Thanks

$500+ for a TLX? You could get so more vehicle for that price. And they aren’t paying for your BMW payments.
As @Jon stated, they are just rolling your 3 BMW payments into your cap cost, not actually paying for it.
Not an expert, but am leasing a 2018 6 cyl tlx tech for effectively ~$435 a month, 12k miles a year w a higher mf(0.00088). U can do better.
Zero down.
This isn’t a great deal and certainly not one you need to jump on before the end of your BMW lease. You will be able to get this same deal in three months and at that point you will be paying about fifty bucks a month less due to not rolling over the BMW lease.
According to Edmunds there is a $4,000 inventive so they are really only discounting the car about $2,000. There might be a little bit more room there for a dealer discount.
Your BMW payments being rolled in are adding about $50. For what it’s also worth I leased an AWD TLX A-spec for roughly $80 less per month in September and my car stickered for $2,000. higher. I think you can do better if you are set on that car.
Very bad deal for all the reasons mentioned. Run away as fast as you can.
Thanks everyone for your input. Will continue the search.
Did Acura resolve their vibration issue?
No and and all V6 TLX’s have the same horrid ZF-9 transmission.
I’ve had my car for 5 months and 2,400 miles. No issues to report at this point.
I was skeptical at first too because there seemed to be hesitations on the 2-3 and 3-4 upshifts but they are barely imperceptible to me now. I keep my car in Sport mode as well, which holds gears longer.
I was about to pull a trigger, of course pricing was horrible. But anyway, I started digging if they fixed it since earlier years and found a few complains on the forums and the comments to videos. This thing usually starts at 60-80 mph at 6k and up.
When that car first came out there were some dealers that wanted full MSRP. For a car and brand, at least on the sedan side, that isn’t selling well that’s laughable. Sure enough by the time I was ready to buy they had put incentives on it and we’re more apt to discount. I received what I thought was a fair deal, not really leasehackr worthy but good for the model.
I will never understand why someone would roll in payments into another car. $50 more a month just to get into a new car 3 months earlier.
