In Nor-Cal currently have a $350 per mo 4 series BMW grand coupe with 2 months left on lease, going to sell to Vroom and make ~ $1,500. Wondering what’s the best $350 - $450 per month luxury car I can get; now adays I’m doing sub 7,500 miles a year. MSD’s are ok, trying to do 0 down besides that with 24 mo (preference) or 36 mo lease. Really open to anything from a 5 series loaner to luxury smaller suv. Curious what you think the best options are? I will sell it by mid- month and can wait to early June if need be.
You MIGHT get a base loaner 228i if you’re lucky
5 series loaners will run you in the $500’s with a 20% discount with zero down.
Might want to consider Volvo S60 or check ads from brokers on the forum.
What did your research tell you?
Best deal I could find would be a loaner, weird color, 5 series at 7500 miles; wondering if I’m missing anything
I wouldn’t sell, not just for $1500. Extend the lease as long as you can. Nothing comparable you’re going to find for what you used to pay and what you want to pay.
Where did you see a 5 series loaner at $350-450 with 0 DAS?
With 2 months to go, I’d sell and take $1500. Most you’ll be able to extend with BMW is 2 months anyway so you’ll need to replace it regardless . Might as well not give that equity back to BMW.
Secondly — You can probably forget about getting into a 5 series, loaner too. It’s just not going to happen in this market. In the $450 range, I’d probably target a nicely equipped 3 series loaner considering you have loyalty and can stack an OL code/Penfed in there. A 2 series loaner is doable too.
If you want to jump brands, look at the TLX (plenty of recent deals in the shared section)
2021 genesis g70. Deals aren’t bad on them right now since the refreshed 2022 has hit lots.
Jeep Sahara 4xE
you can get a tlx w/ tech for around 450 w 1st mo
Nothing screams luxury car like a jeep wrangler.
