WIth the new Federal Tax incentive change, I am confused as what happens if I order a Pacifica Hybrid but it doesn’t arrive until after 1/1/2023, then what happens to the $7500?
Then you are at the mercy of whatever the ‘guidance’ is.

Thanks for your reply. So it’s unknown as of now to the exact number would be? I am thinking to order one now but was told it might take between 12 to 20 weeks to arrive. Should I take a chance and order it anyway?
You can always not take delivery, CA Deposits are refundable and it’s not like they can’t sell that van in a day for lots of ADM.
The dealership would be in AZ though, does that matter? But I agree you are right, the van would sell itself with lots of blessings. 
an AZ dealership means you lose the 2 CA Rebates though one of them is paused ATM. (The 750 is paused the $1000 is still good)
And Deposits in AZ are up to the whim of the dealer for refunds.
Im probably lower on the Pacifica Hybrid once you look at the deal as a whole versus other states
