is this a good deal for 2019 530e in SoCal. monthly is $620 with $0 down before MSD on a 36/12k lease.

Depends on your MSRP. Mine was 59k, base monthly $551 After tax, $603 monthly for 12k / 36 months

Search the forum, you can do a lot better than that. I got mine with MSRP of about $61K for $420/month including tax. Good luck.
