340i lease transfer, 356 including tax in NorCal

Hi,

I want to do lease transfer for my 2018 340i, which was leased in the end of March 2019. The lease agreement was 36/10k, and I used around 5000 miles. So 31 months lefts and 25000 miles left.
The payment was $356 monthly including tax in NorCal. MSD is around $2800 (I forgot it, need to check in the documents)
MSRP $560100.
