I shared your screenshot with my partner dealer, because I can’t get these numbers to work. For the record, the car at that price is about a $2400 loser for the dealership. There has to be some regional rebates I don’t see, or this is a 2020, etc.
I would ask them to provide you with:
The invoice of the car
The selling price of the car (pre-incentive)
A list of all applied incentives/rebates
Res and BASE (non-marked up) rate
Tax
All fees (Acq fee, Dealer fees, gov fees)
Ask them to desk the deal without your trade considered.
There is something going on here, and I (nor my dealer) can put their finger on it, because we’re missing some of the puzzle pieces. It could be that they’re simply giving you a badass deal… but let’s not assume that. 
Edmunds stated a 39/12 is .00079 MF and 55% residual.
I posted that a few messages ago. Can confirm.
