2026 Mercedes CLE53 Deal check

I’m looking to lease a new CLE53, is this a good deal? Seems fairly competitive with the deals I see on the marketplace, but I just wanna double check. I’m leasing out of state in Texas, registering in NJ.

24mo/7.5k miles
$~87k MSRP, selling price $~76k includes $1,500 conquest. $~560 in fees, license, and dealer tax
$1040/mo with $5k das incl taxs, etc…; 0.00149 MF and 64% residual

Also, is it worth it to ask/use MSDs? Leasehackr says it will save ~$1.600 with 10x which seems worth it, but I’m curious why people don’t.

Do you have fleet discount? That’s another $2,000.

People don’t because most don’t have the extra $ nor do they understand the math.
