2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 loaner – CA – 24/10k – $12k Single Pay – ~$67k MSRP

Just picked up a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 today in Southern California and wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on the deal.

Deal details:

  • 24 months / 10k miles per year

  • MSRP: $67,435

  • White exterior / Black interior

  • Single pay: $12,000 (all-in)

Breakdown:

  • Selling price: $52,179

  • Residual: $43,782

  • Rebate: $2,000 conquest

Originally was quoted at $11,000 single pay, but:

  • Didn’t qualify for the $500 fleet discount (had to be in my name, not a family member)

  • Added a $500 interior/exterior protection plan (0 deductible)

So final came out to $12,000 single pay

Additional context:

  • Previous loaner with ~5,000 miles

  • Condition was basically like new (fully detailed)

  • Dealer recently serviced it (oil change + tire rotation)

  • Dealer also CPO’d the vehicle

To top it off, I also traded in my Tesla with them and got the used car manager to offer the highest out of everyone I checked:

  • Carvana: $24,000

  • CarMax: $25,000

  • Dealer offer: $27,000

Not sharing the dealer since this was more of a relationship deal and likely not repeatable.

Protection plan (before anyone asks):
I know a lot of people will say to skip it, but for $500 with $0 deductible, it gave me peace of mind over the 2 years—especially for things like seat damage.

Protected Exterior Areas:

  • Exterior Painted Body Panels

  • Headlight Lenses

  • Chrome Trim

  • Alloy Wheels

Covered Exterior Conditions:

  • Fading and Oxidation

  • Loss of Gloss

  • Bird Droppings and Insect Damage

  • Water Spotting and Tree Sap

  • Acid Rain, Industrial Fallout, and Road Salt

Protected Interior Areas:

  • Cloth Upholstery and Floor Mats

  • Fabric Door Panels

  • Leather and Vinyl Surfaces

Covered Interior Conditions:

  • Food and Beverage Spills

  • Pet and Grease Stains

  • Ink Stains and Blue Jean Dye Transfer

  • Grocery Mishaps

  • Rips, Tears, and Burns (repair only)

  • Odors caused by food and drink

Curious how this stacks up, especially compared to current GLE programs.

Comes out to $500/month for a new 2026 GLE 350, which felt like a solid deal to me.

Update: I received a $15,000 check back from the dealer after the $12,000 single pay was deducted from the $27,000 trade-in value. The store also took a significant loss on this deal as a favor to me since I know the sales managers personally. I’ve gotten 20+ messages asking which dealer this is, again, this was a relationship-based deal and will most likely not be repeatable.

Seems like a great deal but where did the Tesla money go? I hope you got a check for it instead of putting into the deal?

Even if the dealer wrote a check for the difference, this is one pay lease, if anything OP will get prorated balance back.

Huh?

I hope so. He didn’t mention it, which makes me believe he used Tesla as trade

There’s $2,000 dealer cash baked into that discount, which puts it at ~19-20% assuming buy rate. If full .0004 markup, closer to 18% before the minor add on. No matter how you slice it, that’s a great deal and on a 2026 no less. Nice work!

I got a 15k check after they applied the 12k singe pay… I left the dealership with a 15k check

Yes good deal then! I was very very close to getting upset for you if you gave them tesla and paid $12K on top! lol

That would have been daylight robbery!!! lol
