2026 IX 45 - How is it looking in October

Hi, I am looking at leasing the IX 45. I have been looking at the deals in market place and it looks like they are able to get 12-13% off MSRP. I have contacted a few dealers and the most I have received till now is 10% discount excluding the 7500 credit.

Anyone else seeing dealers give up to 13% discount on MSRP?

It can happen, but it’s rare and inventory is low. Does 3% make or break the leasing of this car for you? If so, keep looking, but you’re balancing a tight rope, who knows how much longer BMW keeps subsidizing the car for with production volumes being lowered.
