2026 GMC Sierra EV lease deal help (is this bait?)

First time poster but no need to go easy on me. I prefer my potential stupidity to get decimated.

Really wanting a Sierra or Silverado EV. Been talking to dealers all week and no one else has gotten anywhere near the above. The calculator is getting close but I can’t replicate and some things look REALLY weird. Its a courtesy vehicle (loaner) so I am assuming that is why the Residual is 80.93? Seems crazy high. Calculator show 72 or so.

9631.81 onepay (including tax) comes out to 401 efffective which seems great to me?
Im thinking to just make them take off the wear and tear and theft protection making it even better?
Where is the GMC lease cash incentive thats supposed to expire tomorrow?
All those other rebates and discounts are courtesy, military, costco, conquest.

Please help me learn. I’ve been lurking a long time and having fun. Going to work on getting my wife a good deal after this.

Looks pretty legit for the PNW. Do you know if they’re running through GM leasing or another bank? Might be the reason the residual is off.

So the residual being off and you not seeing the GM EV lease cash ending tomorrow and tied hand in hand. The base residual is probably the 72% you’re seeing and then they add $6,500 to that residual amount. That’s the lease cash that’s ending tomorrow.

Is this 6500 rebate only for MY26 or even in MY25/24?
