Close to signing a deal but trying to make sure all looks valid, I don’t have a sheet but this the deal (this for for SoCal / Los Angeles):

  • 2026 CADILLAC VISTIQ Luxury
  • MSRP is $80k
  • Residual sounds like it’s 66% (or i heard it wrong)
  • Drive off down payment is $3000
  • Monthly lease is $710/month (pre tax)

The discounts applied were: Costco Executive Discount + GM EV Employee Discount. They would not let me use conquest, apparently you can not have employee + discount). I do not have the cap cost yet but those payment values above are accurate. I was a bit confused when they said down payment was $5k then minus all the discounts… but then they came back with “$3k” which does include california fees / registration / etc…

Thoughts?

Employee is 2500 and conquest is 2000 so you’re better sticking with employee. Do you why for supplier?

What’s your selling price before rebates?

Makes sense - the only price they gave me was MSRP.

Yup. I should get full details tomorrow, most likely will sign. I did see 1-2 folks mention a $8XX.00 DAS @ $8XX/mo, I couldn’t get that deal though.

How is that any different then your deal?

Based on the calculations some how they got almost $2,500 additionally off. Unless there deal didn’t include registration / taxes, if the state allows it to be paid out side of the deal?

Sorry I just did simple math. 710 per month plus 83 (3000 drive off divided by 36 months) is 793 effective.
