2026 Cadillac Vistiq 36/12K - Shopping Guidance

Hello everyone,

I am looking at two 2026 Vistiq here in Orlando, Florida. Both are the Sport coming in at @ $81K. One is the Demo the other is new. Trying to see how far I can go in discounting to get a sweet deal.

I have a trade-In an option; note sure if I should private sell and take proceeds into the deal indirectly.

Here is my break-down, and I truly would appreciate any advice or reality checks.
