That’s not a good thing for the new leasee as they will paying taxes based on this number.

Sorry for what’s going on with your job. If this really needs moved in a hurry, that DAS will need to go. I don’t even know that its removal will be enough because of your rolled taxes, but it’s a start.

The new leasee would not be paying any additional cost. It would be $864 a month. Nothing else.

That’s not accurate. Whoever takes over your lease will be paying their tax rate on top.

If it’s in the same state they will not be. That’s the goal to find someone local.

Also not true. Not every state is Ohio.

If new leasee is in NY or NJ, they will have to pay the taxes upfront, based on this higher monthly payment since you rolled your taxes into it.

You didnt do the new transferee any favors.

Same state meaning NY? Next lessee will pay tax again based on remaining payments

In my state, it would be $864 + 6.25% sales tax. It doesn’t matter if sales tax to another was already paid. I think most states will be like this.
