2025 WRANGLER SPORT S 4Xe Atlanta-GA

, ,

Hi, All, new to the forum, could you please advise if this is a good deal on the 2025 Wrangler Sport S 4xe, as shown in the quote below.

378/mo | 3438 DAS (taxes & fees, no down pmnt) | 7500 Miles | 24 Months | MSRP - $57450 | Discount, EV credit, Incentives: $16,672| MF: 0.002210

3438 DAS could be rolled into monthly payments bringing to ~$500/month including taxes.

I have seen folks paying for Rubicon and Willy’s at lower payments and higher miles, kindly advise if this is a good deal to go for, or find something else please?

We also have a Willys with tan soft top and no one touch for a similar price due to ageing inventory incentive, is that a nice model to go for?

Thanks!
SK

I would recommend reading leasing 101-you need to separate your incentives/dealer discount to fully evaluate the deal.

  1. MSRP
  2. Selling price (dealer-discount)
  3. Incentives (become supporter of the website)
  4. new selling price
  5. verify MF (become supporter/edmunds to verify)–can be marked up by dealers
  6. RV-set in stone by bank.

MSRP-dealer discount-incentives–selling price. confirm your MF/RV for the terms/zip you are looking for/at.
-look at marketplace for deals signed and what brokers are advertising to have a general consensus of what the market is doing.

Thank you @jsingh5292 for your detailed response! I’m working on the steps that you have outlined, meanwhile could you please let me know if you would be able to suggest if the deal I had posted seems to be a good one, as the MF, RV and other details that you were looking for are in the quote screenshot and in my description. Please let me know if you need further details or if I need to do something additional? Thanks!

I got the calculator started for you but idk your zip and I don’t see the MF listed in your screenshot.
Plug in the other values–but it looks like 6% off msrp, which is okay, def some room there-but again im no expert and i was able to get at 8% off msrp pre-incentive. also try to get the TDM cupon for an additional 1k–if you sign up with the website, you can see what incentives you qualify for.
-also look at marketplace/the search option to see what is being posted.

I had a 2022 Sahara and was close to $600 a month but had sky one touch, made it much more worthwhile. Not really shopping for another but your deal seems pricey based on the low specs and msrp.

Thanks @jsingh5292 , the MF is 0.002210 and zip code is 30004. Sure I will figure out where and how to generate the TDM coupon. Thanks!

Thanks @Svsfan , yes, this one has a one touch but Sport S and ~500$/month for 7.5k miles for 24 months, I feel bit pricey too.

I think its incomplete to compare a deal from 2022 to now, but def looking at the marketplace for current data would be helpful/other deals posted.

Try Mike Clinnin At Mall of Georgia. They can compete and likely give you a better deal.

Thanks! will reach out, I see great reviews on him with the experience!

Sorry wasn’t my intent to compare deals, I was just stating what deal I got, and it wasn’t the greatest as it went up over $100 after placing order. The main point I was trying to make was that the sky one touch was worth the upgrade.

Gotcha  and I really wanted that feature! but was struggling to find it with the willys and was on a time constraint.

I cant\wont dive into the lease stuff but as far as the Willys goes, it all depends on what your intent for the vehicle is. Since its a lease, and your probably not as dumb as i am, you probably wont be taking it off road. The Willys is great for doing that. If you are just cruising around town, get the Sport with SOT.

Thanks @TXSquid78 ! I might go for Sahara, as I’m getting a better MF and lower residual value, as I’m planning to buy at the end of the lease.

Check the value at lease end. These were way under water when I turned in a few weeks back.

If you can find a 2024 leftover in your vicinity (they are getting hard to find) you should be able to easily be all in under $400 a month without even trying, with just first or nothing due at signing. This deal by some quick rounding math seems to be in the $515-$530 effective monthly payment, but I am not sure if this is considered a good deal on a 2025 or not. As others have mentioned, be sure to get the actual dealer discount separate from the incentives. Good luck!

You will most likely not want to buy this at lease end as the residual will likely be much higher than market value. I just turned in a 2022 JGC 4xe with a residual close to $40K that was worth under $30K. Wranglers may do better, though, so check at lease end. Just don’t go into the deal thinking you will buy it in the end. Might be better off looking at used one if you plan to own it.

Just wanted to leverage the 15.5k incentives through the lease, thought this might adjust if there is a drop in market value vs residual?

Thanks, Walper! I’m bring offered a 2025 Sahara for around $716x24 Months with 716 down, the residual value is equal to a sport of 35k. 5% off of MSRP from dealer and 15.5k in incentives.

Auto Ninja shows some 2024 deals and planning to call them tomorrow, but thinking to go with Sahara mostly..

Idea is to get the EV credit through lease and purchase under sec 179.
