Looks like this is dead. Even with same discounts as before prices will be higher. I think because MF is much higher now.

Looks like July numbers are posted and onsite dropped to $4k. The leases might be slightly more aggressive, but hard to tell since the lease calculator does not seem correct. If it is then the leases are really bad. Similar thing happened at the beginning of last month though and it took a couple days for the calculator to be corrected. Hope that is the case.
If anyone is interested in a Lucid, they JUST released their July offers and it might be a good deal.
The lease calculator isnāt updated yet, so keep an eye on it.
Thereās a $7500 air credit on the Pure and Touring trims, and $10,00 on GT (much higher than Juneās $3,750).
It stacks with the $7500 EV rebate and $4000 on-site discount for vehicles available now. Thereās also $750/$1000/$1250 referral discounts, hereās my Referral code: Z6C15AB2

Yes - once we see what the leases look like, ie new money factors/residuals then we will know if better. Hope so! They do need to keep selling cars though!
Overall, the lease prices on Lucid went up from June to July.
The $5,000 onsite ended 06/30/2024 and for July Lucid is offering $4,000 onsite credit. That being said, the overall pricing for July is much higher than just $1,000 over the course of a lease.
I leased two Lucid, a Touring (06/20/2024) and a Pure (06/30/2023) and compared the lease price I received versus the new offer in July, and on a Touring, a July lease would cost $4,522 more on an 18 month lease or $266/m higher; on the Pure, a July lease would cost $3,190 more on an 18 months lease or $177/m more.
I priced everything based on 18 month lease, 12,000 miles per year.
Both deals included a $5,000 On-Site Credit + $1,000 or $750 Referral Credit + $3,750 Air Credit + $7,500 Plug-in electric vehicle savings.
06/20/2024 Touring
06/30/2024 Pure
I think the GTās went down about $60 a month on a 18 mos lease. Probably as Air Credit went up a lot. Guessing RV/MF are higher in July, as they should have gone down even a little bit more with the $10k Air Credit.
I placed an order on a 2023 Lucid Air Grand Touring with an MSRP of $137,500 on June 27, 2024 and the lease deal was as follows: $0 Down = $735 Due at Delivery + $867/month for 18 months lease at 12,000 miles/year. Or, $0 Down = $581 Due at Delivery + $713/month for 18 months lease at 5,000 miles/year. This is for a NJ lease with $0 Sales Tax on EVs.
This included $15,000 Air Credit + $9,650 Pro Credit + $7,500 Plug-in electric vehicle savings + $5,000 On-Site Credit + $1,250 Referral Credit.
Here is my referral code:
The pricing above was from around 11am on 07/01/2024. I repriced the vehicles at 2:30pm on 07/01/2024 and it appears the pricing is now lower.
For a base Air Touring with only $4,000 Onsite credit, itās $500 Deposit + $1,062 Due at Delivery + $665/month for 18 months, 12,000 miles per year in FL. The lease I did on 06/20/2024, I had paid $500 Deposit + $900 Due at Delivery + $729/month for 18 months, 12,000 miles per year in FL.
It looks like they increased the Air Credit from $3,750 to $7,500 even though they reduced the Onsite Credit from $5,000 to $4,000.

For a base Air Pure with only $4,000 Onsite credit, itās $500 Deposit + $662 Due at Delivery + $544/month for 18 months, 12,000 miles per year in NJ. The lease I did on 06/30/2024, pricing would be $500 Deposit + $810 Due at Delivery + $587/month for 18 months, 12,000 miles per year in NJ.

Lower than earlier today, or lower than June?
Both. The pricing this afternoon 07/01/2024 PM is now lower than both June 30, 2024 and earlier this morning 07/01/2024 AM.
i.e, Base Pure, $0 down, 18m, 12k miles, on 06/30/2024: $586/m; on 07/01/2024 AM: 729/m; on 07/01/2024 PM: $544/m. Overall, I end up paying $953 more for signing in June vs July 2024.
i.e, Base Touring, $0 down, 18m, 12k miles, on 06/20/2024: $689/m; on 07/01/2024 AM: 955/m; on 07/01/2024 PM: $625/m in NJ or Add about $40/m sales tax in FL. Overall I end up paying $926 more for signing in June vs July 2024.
The lease deal now, July 1, 2024 afternoon is BETTER than the lease deals in June 2024.
Overall, I think itās an even deal for me even though my total payments is slightly higher, Lucid threw in some extras for me including finding a base Pure in Roswell, GA and arranging for free shipping to me in NJ (worth $1,500), plus giving me $500 Shop Credits. For the Touring I picked up in Miami, they paid for transportation to Miami (worth $250) and gave me free center caps and lug nut covers (worth $100) to make the 19" Aero wheels look clean without the hub caps.
My Lucid sales associate has been awesome to work with and went above and beyond to help me locate the cars in the specs I was looking for. Sourced cars throughout the country and found my Lucid Air Touring in Miami, FL and Lucid Air Pure in Roswell, GA. The Touring in Miami was perfect since I am registering that car in FL. The Pure was a little trickier since I was registering that car in NJ and NJ has no sales tax on EVs. If picking up a vehicle in FL, MA, or some other states, they may still charge you their local sales tax. Alexis was able to source a base Pure in Roswell, GA that could be picked up from that location without local sales taxes being applied. He also arranged for shipping from GA to NJ.
For those wondering about avoiding sales tax for NJ EVs, your options are finding a vehicle in GA, PA, NY, or NJ. GA had the most vehicles available with different options. PA had fewer vehicles and no base Pure or base Touring. I donāt believe they stock too many cars in NY or NJ, most of their inventory are kept in King of Prussia, PA.
Miami, FL and West Palm Beach, FL also has a good inventory of vehicles in stock, however, they charge local FL sales tax of between 6-7%. If your stateās sales tax is lower, ie. NJ at 0%, then it may be difficult avoiding sales tax.

Tell him you were referred by Noah, who bought two Lucidās from him in June.
Hi, Looking for a referral code here too. My dealer in the bay said they are looking at reused referral codes. So not sure how to pick one by scrolling up and making sure it works?
Went into a Bay Area dealer to test drive and was looking at leases between yesterday and today. Unless Iām missing something, the leases appear to me to be better.
15k capital reduction on Air Touring, 17.5k reduction on Grand Touring
4k on site bonus
1000 charging credit (charger itself)
500 accessories credit
1yr of charging on EA
Yesterday it was $7.5k capital reduction (10k difference)
Interesting. I live about 15 minutes from Roswell, so it would be super close for me to pick one up. I did see a ton of them when I drove by a week or two ago.
My numbers are coming out very different in the Lucid calc to what you show above though, what are you putting in for down payment? 4k (for the onsite credit)?
EDIT: Actually the calculated taxes are way off for Georgia. Itās estimating $5.2k in taxes, while it should be closer to $2k.
Still not many Grand Touringās onsite with glass roofs. Seems like they are taking forever to get to onsite facilities. Odd.
My referral code works 100%. I just got a Lucid yesterday, 06/30/2024.

Pricing out a Pure, put in a GA zip code. I put $4,000 OnSite, Referral Credit of $750/$1,000/$1,250. So, for Pure, total of $4,750 in Down Payment section for no additional money down. 12k miles, 18 month lease comes out to $544/m with $500 Deposit + $5,431 Due At Delivery (10,181-4,750).
GA has upfront taxes of $5,003 (which is crazy). NJ tax is $0 and FL lets you pay it monthly and only charges it on the monthly payment, so like $44/m tax. Looks like GA charges sales tax on the entire value of the vehicle, that equates to $278/m effective taxes in GA.
I can check with my Sales Advisor if this is accurate for GA that they collect upfront sales tax on the entire value of the vehicle.
I placed an order on a 2023 Air Grand Touring on 06/27/2024, but took delivery of a different vehicle on 06/30/2024. Not sure if itās still locked to me or if someone else can take it. Itās located Onsite in Houston, TX. $136,000 MSRP Quantum Grey, Tahoe Interior, 12" Aero Blade Wheels, Glass Roof, DreamDrive Pro, Surreal Sound Pro, 20-Way Massage Seats.
$15,000 Air Credit, $9,650 Pro Credit, $7,500 Plug-in EV, $4,000 OnSite Credit, $1,250 Referral Credit.
I can ask my Sales Advisor if itās still available and eligible for lease if someone else wants it.
I plugged it into the calculator and it appears to still be calculating a lease payment.
For $0 Down or $4,000 Onsite + $1,250 Referral Credit, 18 m, 12k miles, comes out to $500 Order Deposit + $1,309 Due At Delivery + $1,191/m (07/01/2024 Calculator). When I calculated it on 06/27/2024, the price was $867/m with $0 down + Fees. It looks like the Air Credit and Pro Credit remain the same but Onsite Credit goes down from $5k to $4k and maybe money factor went up.
Still an incredible deal, but I believe no heat pump on 2023 GT and 2024 GT has them.
