2025 Lucid July Air credit $12.5-15k, $1k onsite, $2k trade, $3k loyalty, $500-$1250 referral credits

Mine is not due to Credit because credit is 873 according to email they sent me. My DA is figuring it out.

I would say you have a very high likelyhood of these deals continuing next month or getting better. Normies are def jumping on these deals though so it just depends on how much inventory lucid has and how many they sell….like @thevolvoguy said no one knows and manufacturers keep incentives pretty tight lipped bc no one would buy if they knew pricing would drop later

rebates are taxed in ny though

Really appreciate this! Just trying to figure out if it’s worth doing now and paying that one last EQS payment.

oh that makes sense. Its my first time getting an ev. Thank you for the clarification.

Well, if you’re set on getting a lucid, imho better take it now, if it’s not a must, you can roll it and see if they still have the same incentive like this next month. Since you’re in EQS, you should know you can’t predict this thing, Benz was giving 2023 EQS last month, yet they trim incentives down this month eventhough plenty 2023 still on the lot.

In Lucid’s case, this is 2024, they still have no 2025 yet, I doubt they keep doing the $5k onsite for the rest of the year.

If they discontinue for May and see a huge slow down, they’ll bring it back.

i dont see the discounts come back until q4. they cleared a lot of inventory and they need to show they’re leveraging the new expanded factory. but the market has spoken and they want lower cost. They can continue to offer $5k incentive though, but would they play with residuals as well. The residuals seem very high for the car and state of the EV market. Eventually they’ll have to cut cost by providing a less standard equipment my $0.02

I actually think they need more standard equipment. When you look at the Model S, almost everything is standard. Higher end sound system, which to me is better than the Lucid SSP, its high end system, standard glass canopy roof, standard ventilated/heated seats and steering wheel, etc…. Even Tesla standard self driving for freeways is better than Lucid’s DDP, in my opinion.

They are doing a lot of marketing these days. It seems many auto journalists are invited too. I think they will focus more of their attention to Pure and market the low priced vehicle aggressively. Many articles are coming out praising the Pure for what it is offering at the price. They might continue the existing program, but I guess they will adjust the numbers a bit higher to see if the marketing is helping to move vehicles. They can’t keep giving this away forever.

i came from tesla (S. X, Y) and it’s not all green over there. the glass roof they skimped on coatings to the point where my head is frying under it on a hot cali summer day. While my 2022 shines better than my 2018, my 2018 is like a tank vs my 2022 with gremlins. A datapoint that tells me they are indeed getting worse over time. Once people realize how disposable/fragile their Teslas are (as they roll out of warranty), people will start to value quality again.

i can’t compare the dreamdrive yet but i had FSD and it was shit. Agreed that sound is better. The model S has a design flaw from when they first built the platform, not to mention it’s a very old platform and interior. Tesla vision…back to the dark ages. Let me know when you can ever claim ownership of your wipers. Only positive is the charging experience which will be made available to other brands soon

The entire market is getting squeezed. The top end are owned by euros/germans and the bottom will eventually be Chinese EVs. pick your poison

Problem with Lucid is the software issues not the car itself. From what I see on the forums and on here Tesla is far ahead of them. They really need to figure that out asap.

definitely agreed. Tesla struggled with them before (as all do - my 2018 lost voice dictation thanks to latest update) but they were just in the market for a long time. Time will tell

That was back in the day they did a lot of gimmicks to distract people and calling OTA updates being state-of-the-art. You’ll see some older model S/X owners had their cars bricked with updates and there’s no way to stop it. Who can fix it other than bringing it back to tesla

I have a 2021 refresh Model S LR and love the car. Never get baked with the glass roof, but in the Midwest. FSD on the freeway is awesome. Never use it on the side roads.

Think the Model S is still a great looking car too. Looks better than Lucid in the rear, but Lucid looks better from the front. Wipers are no different than Lucid either. My Tesla has been flawless. Knock on wood no issues or quality control issues over 49,000 miles now.

Most definitely Lucid and all EV’s compete directly with Tesla. All comparisons of higher end EV’s are always against the Plaid. I would not purchase a Pure over a Model S. Model S LR has so much more standard than a Pure. Pure has a better lease, which is what this forum is all about. Tesla software is so much better it is not close and prefer the larger screen in the Tesla. Lucid needs to get better on the software front quickly, but does not seem like that is happening. Think the screen in the new Gravity looks great, as does the steering wheel.

I still love Lucid though and would only purchase a Grand Touring on a 18 mos lease. Just not sure what their future is.

Hopefully Germans keep getting better with range and EV’s, as I prefer their cars. Just want better range and more of an all around newer EV feel. I think they will catch up fast.

So if we had to guess…do you guys think programs remain the same for May?

I highly doubt it. Even the 2024 on-site inventory is dwindling. There is no “available now” on Pures, Tourings and GTs in California at the moment.

If you’re in the market for a Lucid, I’d definitely pull the trigger - I got my 2023 Air GT 2 weeks ago and it’s amazing. I still can’t believe I am driving a $130k+ car for $580+tax.

I trust this guy! Realistically, there are cars that don’t show as available on the website, but they’re able to find them (sales people). My friend who works for Lucid as an engineer said there is plenty of supply.

There are tourings in SF and Rocklin my guy lol

I expect maybe some better discounts on GT’s and Tourings to come. Seems like they did well on the Pure’s

I’m hoping we have another month. EQS goes back next month and I held off…wondering if that was a mistake.
