I switched from a touring to a pure after driving both. It’s still ridiculously quick. Only thing I really miss is the adjustable ambient lighting.

I think the pure is a lot better bang for the buck. I can see why others would want the touring but most of the upgrades are stuff I don’t care about and don’t add any value for me personally.

I haven’t driven the pure yet but the grand touring added features don’t seem worth the much higher price now that I’ve had it a few days.
Glass roof looks cool but bakes you in the sun. Massage seats aren’t great, don’t really like the feeling of knuckles in my back while driving. I haven’t messed with the dream driving features yet, gonna do that when I have some time this week.
The vented seats are nice to have here in Florida so I will miss that. Haven’t sat in the pure yet to compare the leather quality. Car has bad visibility so the 360 cams are nice, luckily I learned to drive before all those creature comforts so I will have no problems.
On another note why can’t I accelerate over 88mph? It loses all power for some reason at that speed I can mash the gas and it won’t go faster. I tried googling it and can’t find much…

On the etron GT, driving in efficiency mode setting limits the max speed at 80mph and it wont accelerate after that. It might be the same case with the Lucid.
I didn’t drive the GT, but that was my impression as well, not worth the extra costs.
My pure has AWD as a 5k add on, probably don’t need that as well since the weather is good here.
The 360 should be on all trims though, and I wish I had that.

the credit is 30% up to $600 per job. 8911 is for businesses installing EV charging. the panel upgrade is eligible for ev charging as most ev chargers require a huge amount of power and most older panels can’t support that or don’t have the service amps required for it.

They may have Limited the Speed as it is a loaner… try fiddling with the settings, may be PIN protected though.
For me, the Grand Touring is the only Lucid I would get, as I want the best possible range and also the other features too. Otherwise would rather just keep my Tesla Model S. But this is a forum about great deals, so I understand the attraction the Pure, but the 2023 GT is also a great lease deal.

I’m thinking they limited is somehow. I was in rocket mode or whatever they call it and was trying to pass someone and it lost power at 88pmh.
I had the fam in the car so I didn’t go over that speed since I got it. Kinda disappointing. Wanted to take it on the track by the airport here
The Tesla loaners I’ve gotten over the years have always been top speed limited.
