Looking at a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC AMG GLC63 S that’s been sitting for a long time and trying to check my expectations before negotiating. Looking for input on realistic discount ranges and what people have seen on these leases.
Vehicle:
2025 GLC63 S
MSRP: $109,000
Incentives I’m seeing:
• $1,500 lease incentive
• $2,000 conquest
(Planning to stack these on top of the dealer discount)
Lease Program Assumptions:
• 36/10k
• Residual: 52%
• MF: 0.00139 (base)
• Taxes rolled in
• No MSDs
My Target:
• 20% off MSRP before incentives
Math I’m getting:
Effective adjusted cap after incentives ≈ $87,732
Comes out to roughly $1,079/mo (tax included) assuming base MF and no weird add-ons.
Questions:
1. Is 20% pre-incentive a reasonable anchor for this model?
2. Where have people seen these actually land?
3. Any other incentives I should be aware of?
Goal:
Not chasing a unicorn just trying to enter the negotiation with realistic expectations and avoid anchoring too far off market.
Any feedback from people who’ve hacked these leases or dealt with aged performance cars is appreciated.
Calculation
I have not seen any recent data points that suggest that 20% off a non-loaner was feasible? I have seen some dealers play ball in the 15-16% range on new 25’s but 20% could be a stretch.
When I was looking for my last C43 this dealer - @BENZORNOTHING (still active on here) was pretty aggressive with his loaner deals could make sense to reach out and see what he could do. Good luck with the hunt.
edit: If you have fleet (available via AAA for me) that could net you an additional discount
Yeah received a couple of responses and 20% is too high. It was a long shot but trying to see how high i can get. Do you know how much was the fleet discount for for you.
I’m at an MB dealership now, waiting on finance manager. I’m about to close on a 2025 GLE 450, 27 miles $81k MSRP. All in I was able to get 16% off sticker, includes $2k dealer cash Edmunds quoted out for this month.
After running my numbers I came in trying to get 18% off so it was close enough and my lease is about to expire next week so I wasn’t interested in shopping for a few points.
We’re at different models and region matters but this is we’re I landed FWIW. I’m in MA
