Not following closely but I see there is a PND for 11% off msrp and 4k in rebates.
That is similar, but has many more fees and a broker fee…I am at $195/month and only paid $452.50 at signing $195 1st month + DMV (I am transferring plates).

Thanks…I think people could get very close to this on the remaining 2025’s before the end of the year…you just need to make sure you let them know you know there is $4,000 worth or rebates and you expect a decent (10-15%) discount from MSRP since it is remaining 2025’s.

Ah, not possible. The agreed upon value and gross cap are the same, namely, 22,454.84. That tell me that there are no capitalized amounts. Your MF = .00187. Can you post the 1st and 3rd page of your contract? That will tell us a lot such as where the 2829.78 cap reduction came from.
Why doesn’t the 2712.38 on the 3rd sheet match the 2829.78 cap reduction on the 2nd sheet? that’s a difference of 117.40.

Would you please break out the $4000 cash incentives? Are they all from Hyundai or from other sources. The most I’m seeing is $1750 from Hyundai.
