To those that have reached out, this was the last Optiq loaner at this dealer (and they are very difficult to find anyway). Also, my understanding is the $6500 enhancement expired on Friday, so any deals after that will get worse.

so end of oct they changed the RV to 81.82% ? I thought RV was around 74% for this car. And, was the 6500 GM incentive very selective?
