BMW currently has a 12,000 lease credit for the 2025s and I have a $2000 loyalty bonus, so the dealer discount is $11,000
Residual is 52% and money factor is 0.00065. This is in line with what I found on Edmunds
I am in GA, and the lease is a 36 month, 10K a year lease
Is there room to negotiate or is this a solid deal?

Is this a loaner? You’re not even getting 10% off on a loaner. Are you dead set on a 2025?
This is new.Was only considering 2025 because I assumed I’d get a better deal, but doenst seem like I am getting a good deal
Don’t loaners only get 7500 vs 12?
A 2026 ixM70 is priced similarly and likely leases better.
