Long story short, the wife wanted out of the Grand Cherokee 4xE (she hated the hybrid system along with MANY trips to the dealership for recalls, including a panoramic roof blowout on the highway) and into something smaller and “sportier”.
She wanted nothing to do with full EV, so regular gas was the mission.
While the 2025 Blazer has a somewhat dated interior as compared to many other models in the segment, it is still quite nice and functional and has a spare tire…bonus!
Found a good deal on a courtesy car (nearly 24% off) and we were able to get into a nice little SUV for 24 months.
2025 Blazer 2LT
$43,255 MSRP
$32,988 Sale Price (23.74% off)
24/15k
$350/month ($284 effective)
$1,000 DAS using the GM Rewards Card for added incentive
Incentives:
$3000 loyalty
$750 Out of Service Courtesy Car
$500 GM card sign up (Must spend $1000 at time of lease to get the incentive). It also comes with 30,000 GM rewards points.
Negatives to the lease:
$1,299 Doc Fee (Florida…IYKYK) I wonder what a world is like with normal Doc Fees ![]()
$860 Gov’t Fees
I used the negative trade-in on the calculator to represent the 4xE Grand Cherokee payoff.
There are probably better deals out there, but this dealership is close by my house and my last few experiences at this location have been very positive….and the wife loves the SUV.
