2024 Lyriq Sport-2 Lease End Zurich Wear and Tear

Hi Everyone,

Working with a local dealer on a 2024 Lyriq Sport-2 loaner with 2K miles on 2Y/20K lease. Below are the lease end wear and tear options offered by the dealer through Zurich and their prices.

Zurich Lease Wear and Tear-$800

Tire and Wheel-$600
or
Select Protection Bundle( Tire & Wheel Protection, Alloy Wheel Repair,Paint less Dent Repair,Windshield Repair)-$1000

Had leases with Subaru & Volvo in the past with no real issues while turning in the vehicles. Never leased a Cadillac, are these prices within the range and is it worth taking Option 1- (Zurich Lease Wear and Tear & Select Protection Bundle), Option 2-(Zurich Lease Wear and Tear & Tire and Wheel) or Option-3 (Zurich Lease Wear and Tear by itself).

Put $1000 in a savings account. You’ll have $1100-1200 in 2 years. Wheel refinishment is $100. Epoxying a rock chip $80. Windshield replacement is usually $0 deductible on your insurance. A tire is, what, $350?

It’s just what I do.

Cadillac is no different. Wear and tear is typically never worth it unless you just trash your cars. Put the $1k in a savings account and pull from it in 2 years if you were to have any charges, as noted above.
