iirc cap cost must be higher than RV, otherwise the contract will not be founded.

The lease incentives are what they are, including any incentives that are subsidized by the bank receiving the $7,500

There’s no $7,500 on top of the lease incentives if that’s what you’re implying.

I’m attempting to stack the following on the stellantis subverted lease:

$8100 lease cash
$7500 Stellantis EV credit
$2000 overaged inventory
$1000 TDM Private Offer
$500 First Responder

Dealer was struggling with adding the $7500 ev credit into the deal, standing by while he speaks with his rep. The Jeep site shows it as an eligible option for a subvented lease but the dealer stated the MF will change.

I’ll update the post after I sign with final details.

The $7500 ev absolutely qualifies on an SFS lease with the subvented mf.

The $1000 tdm does not apply to 24s

In my case where they applied the TDM, they can’t try and change up the terms of the lease since we already signed the contract right? The dealership will have to eat the cost if Stellantis checks?

the tdm is through jeep. for the 24s some dealers accept it some dont. nothing will change

They absolutely could come back to you to have you resign the deal or return it. Part of the contract you signed agreed to that.

Unlikely they would push it to that if you were unwillingly to resign though.

The dealer i am talking with told me the TDM is not valid on 2024 model GC 4xe

The dealer you are talking to is correct.

Some dealers appear to be taking it anyway and likely are just rolling the dice on if jeep audits the deal and bounces the incentive for not qualifying.

Picked me up 2 4xe for 201 and 190 dealer took 11k off each of them pre incentives.

Gonna grab one tomorrow, have a couple overland options to pick from but they’ll both be in $350s with first month DAS as of current offers.

I know the first couple years of these were plagued with recalls but they’re decent vehicles. I’m happy to take advantage of the market on them.

Are you in NE?

Yes i had one right when they came out and gave me zero issues

Mine had a ton, I had a 22 for two years. Sometimes you get unlucky I guess, but every new car I’ve had brought some weird issues.

What’s the monthly payment and terms?

Dealer pulled some shenanigans but I walked away happy, big thanks to the folks on the forum for the assistance.

Ended up getting a base 4xe in Texas at $275 DAS. I probably left meat on the bone but after 5hrs of driving, I was done. I was making the stroll back to my vehicle advising I wouldn’t be paying for the bs adds, they removed the cost and we salvaged the deal.

MSRP $66195
Agreed price $56227
Incentives:
$7500 ev
$8100 lease
$1000 tdm
$500 first responder
$2000 overaged

MF: .0003
12/24
$275 DAS
