Congrats on the deal!

We would appreciate it if you could take a moment to share the deal on SIGNED! too, if you haven’t done so already.

As you know, the Leasehackr community relies on member contribution to stay informed and score deals. Posting your deal on SIGNED! is an easy way to give back to the community. As our token of thanks, SIGNED! contributors will be granted access to our private Hackrs Lounge where expert discussions happen (and where folks ask for MMR).

Each month, our editorial team would celebrate our handpicked SIGNED! deal of the month. The winner would be recognized on the forum if username is provided.

For your information, we have temporarily paused public access to uploaded SIGNED! contracts to prevent misuse. We are constantly working to build a healthy, productive space for our members.

Thank you for your contribution. Enjoy your ride!

Not bad! I only had the option of the 2023 SEL for the $15,000 off lease deal. I think back and doubt I’d pay the extra $100/m for the limited trim options.

Just picked up a 2023 SEL, $2000 down, $280/m, 24m/12k.

what state? looking to get the same.

Pennsylvania. Took me two months of hunting various EVs to get a price like this. The 2023 ioniq 5 $15,000 off is what did the trick.

The post has CA label.

Good deal I think , it has tax included. I am wondering if it’s Jan deal.

seems like this include conquest?

Insane good deal if there was no trade involved. I signed on a 2023 Limited AWD, 24/12 with $5500 down at $566. So Cal too

Honestly, I tell folks to buy the Y over the SEL.

The Limited has ventilated seats, HUD, premium audio, and 360 camera. It’s one of the few EVs I still miss. I highly recommend it over the Y

$3200 down or due at signing?

$3200 down. Didn’t pay anything else out the door

I found a dealer that has 50 2023 Ioniq 5s on the lot. What is a good strategy for approaching them to find a smoking deal?

Can you please tell which dealer and I the deal could be replicated

It’s hard to say. I tried doing what others had done and copied a lease deal that someone DM’d me. Their deal was for a 23 Ioniq 5 SEL for $0 down 365 per month for 36/10000.

One of my local dealerships still has 10 on the lot and I tried to use the other person’s leas as a bargaining point, but they wouldn’t budge an inch on anything. This was last month when the 2023’s were 15-20k off msrp. My best offer was:
24 m/12k Monthly payment: $640
Vehicle cap: 41.5k
$0 down
Money factor: .0029
Residual value: 31,000.

The dealer specifically told me that the MF was high and the Residual value was low because they had to make up the $7500 rebate…

Some areas just can’t get a great deal, but let me know how it goes for you!
