How does a private transfer work? Does Ford just transfer the lease in my name with the same terms? Interested in the truck.
Yes. Ford initiates the paperwork. Mainly the credit check. Im currently in the process of doing that with someone else. If it doesnt work out, ill let you know.

Contract fell through so this truck is back on the market. Still open to out of state transfers but Texas is preferred.

Is it standard range or extended ? I’d out of state , does it mean it has to be returned to Texas dealer when lease is up ?
Its Extended Range. All 2024 Lariats are extended range. I would have to verify with Ford but i believe it would be able to be returned to any Ford dealership.
OP has been super nice and patient in answering my questions about it. Although this might not work for me, it is a great opportunity for those who missed the official lightening lease deals earlier in the year!
