No workaround besides the onboard system alerting you to every text message. I just manually text back lol. (I know… I know…)
What about using all your brainpower for a Lexus? That’s an unspeakable crime… Yuck!
Can you please share lease document?
I am from WA, my dealer is giving the
OTP 8k inclusive of all doc, gov, and disposition fees, taxes(10.5%) for 24 months/10k miles
This is very off from your deal. So please share the lease document so others can benefit as well
It’s not that hard to figure out. Your dealer is probably not discounting the car much on their end, if at all. You also most likely do not have the Executive referral code.
The one Infinity Stone I’m lacking
It’s a lease conquest, u can stack that, it’s basically in “current lease” category not conquest/bolt loyalty category
I was at $1550 one time pay.
Had like $450+ worth in Gm point which would make it down to $1100…but I was too scared to bother them even more after coaching this entire dealership through the whole rebates stuff…$65/month already feel a wrong … pretty crazy how most of the dealership I went to all said they never seen anyone use rebates…
Fine, I’ll get a job at GM Financial, but you have to get all of mine and Wam’s speeding tickets tossed out in NJ.
(acti
need a GM supplier code anyone willing to share?
I found out that the best play in that situation is to pay the entire thing on the GM card and then use the points to generate a statement credit. It was way easier than arguing over whether I could use them or not.
How to do that on a OnePay lease?
that’s what I did, I put everything on the new card.
the boomer salesman was struggling to understand the whole put 1k into the card to get 500 thing so I was afraid I would short circuit him if i ask him to connect my GM reward point HAHAHA.
You pay for the lease with the card and let the transaction post. There’s an option for My GM Rewards to use the points as a statement credit for dealership spends that you use the card for. It’s really supposed to be used for service visits but there’s really no way for them to differentiate between the two. The cards all get swiped by the same dealership account.
So use the points to buy what?
You should be able to link the card to your rewards account yourself now and do the same thing I did.
You are buying a statement credit. I had around 180,000 points so that was worth around $1,800 in statement credit towards the ~$3,700 dealership spend that I did.
But it is a onepay. I already paid the dealership.
Edit: I got you now. Thanks!
wait a minite, i can use my point to buy what i spend at the store? i thought it will /4 my point? like 100k worth like $250? no? Its 1:1 when apply against dealership spend?
Did not know this… wow ok will try it later
OH shit this whole entire time i thought redeem for statement credit like this will make my point worth 1/4…
So my car is actually ~ 750$ (now that i have almost $800 in Gm point)
I love this place! learn something new every day.
Thank you @ElectricEliminator
