I have a Cadillac Lyric lease expiring Nov-2026, 2 year lease. could someone let me know if there’s any catch while returning to the dealer? i bought it from one of the leasehackr broker, and got it shipped from Connecticut. Now planning to return to a dealer near me in Ohio. Any prior experience on what additional charges to expect while returning the car. I don’t want to buy it. Looking for a new lease on a different car or purchase.
Just get the 3rd party lease-end inspection done starting about 60 days out, Cadillac will send you info closer to the time. Once that is complete you’ll know exactly what the wear and tear charges will be (if any). Then just drop the car off at your local dealer anytime during that last month before your lease-end date. I usually give them a call first to ask if you need to make an appointment or can just drop by at any time.
