Audi doesnt allow lease transfers you’re stuck with that payment. I’d say have a family member take it over but only if you hate that family member since thats a q5 payment.

Audi allows transfers. The original lessee remains financially liable even after transfer though.

My mistake. I guess I knew that thus the family reference.

I have to agree on the payment as it is high. You may have to offer an incentive to the transferee to make this happen any time soon.

Appreciate the insights on the monthly payment! If there’s interest, I’d take offers and see where that goes. But as stated in the post I’m in no rush as there’s no true motivator for getting rid of this lease other than itching to go back to an EV.

If thats the case, you should almost certainly not take the risk for owing 40k when someone totals this vehicle without having insurance or stops payments.
