Looking for someone to take over the lease starting in October 2025.

Mercedes leases can’t be transferred except in CT (and I think you remain liable there).

Also very high likelihood this car is swimming in negative equity, so a buyout isn’t going to work.

I contacted the MB through phone call and was told that I can do private transfer, this was leased from NH, not sure if this make it different but I will double confirm for sure

Yes, you’re right. Just called financial service was told that I can transfer to third person but I’m still liable at maturity day. It sucks and I will take this off.
